Vardenafil can trigger side effects such as:- redness and heat on the face, neck or chest

What medicines can interfere with Vardenafil's medicine?

Do not take Vardenafil with the same medicine as avanafil (Stendra), sildenafil (Viagra), or tadalafil (Cialis). These drugs also have another brand name (Adcirca, Revatio) which is used to treat a condition called pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Tell your doctor about all medicines you use, and medicines that you have used or have stopped using during your treatment with Vardenafil, especially:
Medications that you use for erectile dysfunction;
- Antibiotics - clarithromycin, erythromycin and others;
- Antifungal drugs - itraconazole, ketoconazole, and others;
- Drugs for treating high blood pressure or prostate disorders - alfuzosin, doxazosin, prazosin, silodosin, terazosin, tamsulosin;
- Medications for heart rhythm - amiodarone, dofetilide, disopyramide, dronedarone, procainamide, quinidine, sotalol; or
- HIV / AIDS drugs - atazanavir, indinavir, ritonavir, saquinavir, and others.
